I usually have no difficulty with The Customary Cipher, but today I'm rather stumped:
C KFVVU YCIFO GY C KFVVU AE YZDCVOFP.
I'm pretty sure it reads "A something something is a something of Somewhere", but I can't seem to finish it off, nor locate the original text in the Devil's Dictionary. If someone can shed light on this cipher for me, please share - it's bugging me tremendously. - ZM
